How to Do It:
Sit or lie down comfortably.
Place one hand on your belly and the other on your chest.

Exhale slowly through your mouth.

2. Box Breathing
How to Do It:
Inhale through your nose for a count of four.
Hold your breath for a count of four.
Exhale through your mouth for a count of four.
Hold again for four.
Repeat.

3. 4-7-8 Breathing
How to Do It:
Inhale quietly through your nose for a count of four,
Hold for a count of seven
Exhale loudly through your mouth for a count of eight.

4. Alternate Nostril Breathing (Nadi Shodhana)
How to Do It:
Close your right nostril with your thumb and inhale through the left.
Close the left nostril with your ring finger, open the right nostril, and exhale.
Inhale through the right nostril, close it, and exhale through the left.
